• If during our final inspection process we find a defective part, then it is not placed in the kit. If there is a defective part on an etch, we remove that part, and replace it, with a separately wrapped part.
• If you consider we have missed a part, then after letting us know, we will replace the part on receipt of the offending item, and refund postage in the form of postage stamps.
• ALSO and also if during construction of your kit you accidentally damage a part, or lose a part, then first talk to us, and we will gladly look to replacing it for you at no charge.
